Shipping
Processing time:
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Processing time is between 3-5 days.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Packages:
Please choose between the two shipping options: tracked and untracked. Please note, Denim and Sage is not responsible for lost packages if the untracked shipping option is selected. Untracked packages to the USA can take anywhere from 5-35 business days depending on customs.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept cancellations. Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase as long as item has not shipped. I don't accept returns or exchanges. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Quilts
Each quilt is made completely custom. A 50% deposit is required at the time order is placed. Quilts can take up to 2.5 months to make depending on the size. Quilt prices range from $300 (crib) to $1000 (king). If you have any questions about a custom quilt, please send me a message.
